Youth Registration and Safety
Black Muslim Men United for a Better Philadelphia (BMMU) is committed to providing safe, structured, and positive environments for youth participating in our educational programs, workshops, mentorship initiatives, field trips, recreational activities, sports events, and community enrichment programs. To help ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, registration and liability waiver forms are required for participation in BMMU-sponsored youth activities and events
Participation Requirements
These requirements apply to all BMMU-sponsored youth initiatives, workshops, field trips, recreational programs, and community activities.
- Parent or legal guardian consent is required for participants under the age of 18.
- Emergency contact information must be provided for all youth participants.
- Participants must follow all program rules, safety guidelines, and behavioral expectations.
- Certain activities and field trips may require additional permission forms or participation documentation.
